Cause:<\/b>\u00a0The Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a cluster home (Grid home) was placed in the installation owners home directory.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Action:<\/b>\u00a0Oracle recommends that you do not place the Grid home in a user home directory, because ownership of the path to that directory is changed to root.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
<\/a> INS-40103: The installer has detected that the software location specified is on an OCFS2 partition.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/dt>\n<\/dl>\n

Cause:<\/b>\u00a0Configuration of an Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a cluster Grid home is not supported on OCFS2 partitions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
