Microsoft Dynamics Crm has very flexible structure. You can change easily properties of CRM entities. You can find all CRM entities with this way which is Settings > Customizations > System Customization. There are all CRM entities here.
Custom entities support the following functionality:
- You can create forms, views, and reports to expose your new entities in Microsoft CRM.
- You can publish, export, and import these new entities and their associated forms and views.
- You can include these new entities in the data set that Outlook client users are able to take offline.
- You can secure these new entities in the same manner as other Microsoft CRM entities.
- The security privileges available for user-owned custom entities are: create, read, write, delete, append, append to, assign, and share.
- The security privileges available for organization-owned custom entities are: create, read, write, delete, append and append to.
- You can define the following relationships for custom entities:
- One-to-Many relationships with existing Microsoft CRM entities.
- One-to-Many relationships between custom entities.
- Callouts for custom entities function in the same way as for system entities.
- Client side events function in the same way as for system entities.
- Custom entities can be extended using the ISV.config file in the same manner as system entities.
- The filtered views for custom entities are available to be used in the same manner as for system entities.
If you want to make active all changes, you have to use publish button. Otherwise Anybody can not see this changes.
