You can reboot linux system with crontab. You can use below command for schedule reboot operation.
Schedule Reboot With Crontab
[root@server ~]# crontab -e
10 4 * * * /sbin/shutdown -r now
The system will be reboot every day at 04:10 AM with above schedule.
